Xtras - Cashevre™ - House-Fermented Cashew Cheese, 4oz, gluten-free/raw/vegan
Our Cashevre™ is made from organic raw cashews, quinoa rejuvelac, fresh thyme and pink Himilayan salt. We soak the cashews overnight. After they are soaked, we blend the cashews with our quinoa rejuvelac and a pinch of salt. We let this ferment for 24-48 hours, until the desired flavor is reached.
