Xtras - Red Chile Sauce: Fermented, Aged and Raw, 8oz, gluten-free/raw/vegan
Our varietal specific, red chile sauces have only two ingredients, chilies and salt. The chilies are blended and fermented with just pink Himalayan salt. Once it is fermented to our liking, we then age it for at least 6 months, while most of our chile sauces are aged for 1 year or longer.
